The American Power Pull 16100 25-foot Tow Strap is made from heavy polyester and nylon webbing. The lifting sling has a special red core to indicate excessive wear. The lift sling has a 5 to 1 safety factor, as required by OSHA. Tie-downs have vinyl-covered hoods and a non-slip cam buckle.
